First-time ultra finisher at 51, huge for recovery
Some context first - I got into running at 45 after a divorce. I'm now 51 and just finished my first ultra last month. Recovery has been the hardest part of the sport for me. Tried Normatec at a friend's, loved it, could not justify the price. Found these, they do 90% of the job. My legs recovered from the ultra faster than any half I've done. Sold.
