Our compression products are sized by your height, not by shoe size. Height is what determines the length of your legs, and the sleeves need to cover the full length of the area they work on. If you are between two sizes, take the larger one — a sleeve that is slightly long still works correctly, a sleeve that is too short does not.

How to check the fit

• The top of the sleeve should sit comfortably on your thigh or below your knee, without pressing into a joint.
• The zip should close without straining over light clothing.
• At the lowest pressure setting, the squeeze should feel firm and even — never pinching in one spot.

Our men’s support socks are one size, designed to fit US men’s shoe sizes 7 to 12. They sit mid-calf.
